ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Sally Dhillon has experienced the best of times and worst of times as a leader herself and supporting leaders across many sectors including financial, construction, retail, charity, technology, creative, NHS, manufacturing with a range of organisations from start-ups to large international corporations.
With a background in leading strategic people agendas in a variety of senior HR roles, Sally transitioned to executive coaching and leadership development training 20 years ago. She’s recognised for her warm, engaging and compassionate character as she gently supports and challenges clients to break through barriers – personal and systemic – to achieve successful outcomes.

Between 2016 and 2022, Sally co-ran Career-Mums – a social enterprise helping parents return to work after career breaks and co-founded CM Talent focused on improving gender diversity in organisations. This work was inspired by her own experience of becoming a mother and the challenges of being a working parent.
Re-launching Nudge gives Sally the opportunity to return to her love of developing and supporting leaders. She is particularly keen to ensure everyone (who wants to) has the opportunity to become a great leader, regardless of their background, gender, race, physical abilities or sexual orientation. She works best with people – managers, contributors, leaders – who have (real or perceived) barriers to overcome, working alongside them to fully take their space as a LEADER.
She brings extensive organisational experience to her work and a Masters degree in Human Resources Management, as well as psychological insight gained through being a NLP Master practitioner and studying Transactional Analysis for over 4 years. She’s accredited to use many psychometric instruments including DiSC, MBTI, FIRO-B, Strengthscope. She has completed coach training with Academy of Executive Coaching, Coaching Development and Grow Development Solutions. She holds professional membership of CIPD, ILM, EMCC.
Family life is important to Sally. She lives with her family and dogs in the Midlands. She loves travelling, new adventures, walking, the arts and being in nature.
