Nudge is an executive coaching and leadership development service founded in 2022 by experienced coach & trainer, Sally Dhillon.

We are passionate about nudging leaders to achieve extraordinary outcomes – breaking through barriers, delivering beyond expectation and leading exceptional lives.

Sally brings her 30+ years’ experience working with organisations and leaders to inspire, encourage and provoke leaders to achieve extraordinary outcomes.

Leadership is an attitude – a way of being in the world. We’ve all experienced a range of good and not so good leaders. We are on a mission to develop and encourage leaders to continue to learn, grow and challenge themselves to hone their art of leadership.  Being a manager is a job; becoming a leader is a choice – and requires skills, beliefs and mindset to lead individual and team performance to drive through desired outcomes for the organisation.

The great news is that leadership can be learned – its not an inherent skill only available to the privileged few, but we strongly believe great leadership can be learned by anyone.

We’re inspired by the work of Susan L Colantuono. In her book, “No Ceiling, No Walls” she defines a leader as:

Someone who uses their personal greatness to achieve and sustain extraordinary outcomes by engaging in the greatness of others.

At every level, leadership means doing the right things and doing them right!
